Every session begins with an in-depth evaluation, where I listen carefully to your concerns, observe your posture and movement, and assess both physical and emotional factors affecting your well-being. This holistic understanding allows me to design a treatment plan that truly fits your current state.
Personalized Treatment:
Based on this assessment, I blend a variety of modalities including therapeutic massage, stretch therapy, and touch-based emotional rehabilitation techniques. The session flows organically, allowing me to adjust and respond to your body’s feedback in real time. This ensures that you receive the most effective care to alleviate pain, release tension, and foster emotional balance.
Focused Healing Environment:
Sessions take place in a calm, supportive setting where you can relax fully and feel safe to let go. I prioritize creating a nurturing atmosphere that promotes not just physical recovery but also emotional reconnection and well-being.
Integration & Aftercare Guidance:
At the end of your session, I provide guidance on how to maintain the benefits of treatment and support your ongoing wellness journey. This may include simple self-care practices, mindful breathing techniques, or lifestyle recommendations tailored to you.

The Initial Consultation is designed to thoroughly understand your concerns and goals, so I can provide the most effective, personalized treatment possible. These 90 minute sessions allow ample time for a comprehensive assessment and focused care. 120 minute sessions are available as well.
What to Expect:
Discussion (10–15 Minutes):
We start with a visual analysis and a brief conversation about your concerns, medical history, and goals for the session. This helps me gather important information and guide the hands-on evaluation.
Hands-On Evaluation:
Following our discussion, I’ll perform a detailed hands-on assessment. If a specific issue is identified, the remainder of the session will focus on addressing that problem. If not, the session will take a more exploratory approach to uncover underlying causes.
Focused Treatment:
Regardless of the situation, you’ll receive maximum hands-on time to ensure a thorough assessment and initial treatment. These sessions are intensive and goal-oriented, not intended primarily for relaxation.
Outcome Assessment & Follow-Up:
By the end of the consultation, I aim to have a clear understanding of your condition. You’ll have 7 days to recover from the session, after which I ask that you check in to let me know if further treatment is needed. Depending on your situation and after-care, some clients only require this single session.
If additional sessions are recommended, they will be tailored to your needs, typically lasting 90 or 120 minutes, to ensure effective and personalized care throughout your recovery.
