Whether you’re feeling numb, tense, off, or just not like yourself, this Reconnection Workshop offers a pause — a space to come back to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm.
Through simple, grounding practices, you’ll check in with yourself, release some of what you’ve been carrying, and feel a little more clear, supported, and present — without needing to fix or perform anything.

At its heart, this workshop is about introspection — not through thinking, but through feeling.
You'll be guided to gently tune into your body, your breath, and your inner signals, noticing what’s true without judgment.

What We’ll Do Together​​
This workshop is about helping you feel a little more grounded — and a little more like yourself.
​
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and brief introductions (sharing is always optional), followed by some light, active stretching to awaken the body, ground your energy, and create space for the breath.
​
From there, you’ll be guided into a gentle, supportive meditation that includes:

Grounding and breathwork

A body-based check-in (no pressure to share — just noticing what’s there)

A simple, self-led touch practice to help release tension and invite safety

A moment of gratitude for your body and everything it holds

Space to reflect — or simply rest — without needing to explain yourself

The optional experience of receiving light energy work during the meditation

You don’t need any experience with meditation, movement, or energy work. Just bring yourself, a mat or something comfortable to lie on.
